My love for the insect kingdom shows through again in this charming little vision:

I was waiting for a bus, and fell into conversation with a large, bearded fellow, dressed in black. He opened his cloak, showing that his body was covered with many very large piercings (holes, really -- an inch or more across) and into each of them was stuffed a live, giant, translucent cockroach. You could see their innards moving around. And each of the roaches also had hundreds of holes pierced into them, and into each of those holes was stuffed a correspondingly smaller roach. The whole dangly, recursive contraption rattled like plastic chains when he moved.

I woke up twitching after that one.
