I was several articles deep into Daniel Huffman's blog before I realized I was no longer reading jwz. Ironic, given the subject matter of copyright :-/
I'm not sure which corner of this image should be labelled "Chaotic Evil".
Presumably lower left per usual?

Homework: find the map projection that has been applied to this map of map projections that correctly groups the lawful, good, chaotic and evil map projections into global hemispheres.
Odds are that projection is in the centre of the chaotic evil region of the globe.
