Please enjoy jwz mixtape 236.
It has been almost two months since my last mixtape, which I guess means that my music discovery has slowed down again. So I guess it's time to ask again, what music-related (or preferably music video-related) feeds do you read? Things curated by humans only. I am very much not asking what streaming services or algorithm-fed nonsense you prefer.
Anyway, if you are amazed by that first video, which I've been describing as a Stonehenge-like monument to the 90s, you might also enjoy this interview with Louise Post.
https://daily.bandcamp.com/ is pretty legit but will be real short of videos
Still looking for a video feed. Meanwhile...
Relevant to your interests but OT for this post, so feel free to burn after reading: https://www.schneier.com/blog/archives/2022/08/23-million-youtube-royalties-scam.html
Appreciate the Louise Post goodness, but I have nothing else to contribute, sadly.
These days all my music discovery comes from listening to KEXP.
I mostly read the RSS feed (remember those?) for Stereogum and try to keep up. The feeds for the other music blogs I used to read (e.g. Disco Naievete) seem to have all bitrotted away.

I listen to KEXP every morning and a lot of the other time as well when I'm able. There are particular DJs whom I've figured out share my tastes, and the station as a whole rotates through new indie music pretty effectively, including their live-in-studio guests which are all available later on their YouTube channel.
https://www.radiofrance.fr/fip ~ not videos, but human curated, relatively diverse, and only marginally French language. https://radioenlignefrance.com/playlist/fip-nouveautes might give a clue if this is useful.
