Now I'm no train expert, but...

Hey, remember how the delivery drivers all decided that parking on the train tracks was a reasonable thing to do? You'll never guess what happened next...

They have been moving wooden beams around and trying to dislodge this thing for over an hour.

Previously, previously, previously.

Disappointed. Was expecting something akin to a giant metal piƱata, with a small crowd gleefully swooping in to make off with the cardboard-covered delights.

On the one hand, I think that impounding the vehicle and its cargo should be sufficient. On the other, it's probably more fun if you just declare any vehicle parked afoul of the tracks to be fair game for anyone with a circular saw/pickaxe/tinsnips. (Also, you should be allowed to key any car entering a bike lane or making that illegal right turn from Glenvale onto Bayview.)

I know this wouldn't work here, but I love watching eastern European dashcam footage of beefy streetcars plowing through brand new cars as though they were cheesecake.
