   Wow. That was wonderful. I have vivid fantasies exactly like this pretty much every moment I'm on a bike.

   A fun project would be to have a web site (or, uh, screensaver?) that showed a synthesized car crash synchronized to the statistical distribution of them in the real world. So, for example, every N seconds a fender bender, every N*5 a serious wreck with injuries, every N*18 or whatever we'd see a VRU mowed down and dismembered. Etc.
