Very nice. And after watching it, the screen looked like it was crawling upwards for a while. Let's see, does that have a name...? Yes, motion aftereffect.
Also happens on end credits when they suddenly stop for the last piece at the end. Because we all watch the credits to the end because everyone that works hard on movies and TV shows deserve some recognition.
I have a list of acceptable subjects for vertical video. Waterfalls and geysers. Escalators. Giraffes. Rocket launches and landings. Ladder pranks. Tornadoes, if you're really close. I'll add this, but it's pretty specialized.

Soothing indeed. With bonus strandbeest, even.
Dig.
The one by Jerson Besiga at the 1 min. mark gave me a weird nostalgic feeling; like something out of those old Beyond the Mind's Eye videos.
I really dig the Donkey Kong ones here, especially the one (and a following Godzilla one) that looks like an old Nintendo Game & Watch.
You will pry my VHS tapes of "Beyond the Mind's Eye" from my cold, dead hands.

That happened to me too! My whole desk was moving.
I get the same thing when I bike steadily for a while and then stop to rest. The asphalt looks like it's creeping towards me.

No? Just me?
Guitar Hero did that to me. It was really weird.
Yeah - creepy.
This video shattered two of my prejudices:
1. Internet challenges are inherently dumb
2. There’s no use for portrait oriented video
Amazing work by these artists! I’ll be rewatching many times.
