   I, for one, am shocked that this wall wasn't built with the very best structural engineering practices and workmanship.

   After all, it was such a well-conceived and well-managed project.

     A windstorm in California last year that blew over sections of wall whose concrete foundations had not yet cured. Which is being retweeted now, relabeled as hurricane damage, because the internet is full of pranksters.
