   The credits on the video say her robot-sounding voice is by "Lucy". I'm guessing they mean this Lucy?

   It's disturbing how well that robotic voice works for the piece.

     I did notice that it was voiced-over but didn't think it was Lucy lol

         Hehe, I get the reference.
         It was a weird movie for me cause the plot is lacking/doggy near the end but I guess it is one of those "artistic expressions" of some sort.

     It's actually voiced by a real person - Lucy Cahill. The Honest Government ads have always had a bit of filtering, but it's more obvious in this one - perhaps because of the American accent she's putting on. Or, indeed, perhaps because it really fits.

       Yeah, it's all creepy ADR, but I'm assuming it's intentional because... damn, it set the mood.
