    This looks like a Tyne & Wear Metro station (so near Newcastle in England). It's still weird that those displays are three rows tall but the middle is just a blank strip so (even when working properly) it only displays two lines of text. Can that really save any money over just selling a product with three display lines and if a specific customer doesn't want to use one then they leave it blank?
