     If someone offers you a private island as payment, don't just ask for the area, ask for an elevation map, might be important in the next decade :)

       You just know that with this being the dumbest timeline, private island property values sinking into the literal sea will be the argument that makes capitalists actually care about the global climate catastrophe.
