So why isn't Burning Dome a regular event?
I've always been partial to this shot, but am thrilled to see the nice color one you've posted.
As a kid, shortly before this happened, I spent many hours in that thing, marveling at the high tech, space-age future I would live in. Left Montréal and never went back. WTF, future? Robots that can't open a door, but can kill me. Cars still belching smog. Spaceships are still a dangerous tin can that can barely get back from orbit. Computer answers my question with ads? This is literally what happened to my childhood dream of the high tech future.
