Which one of the new tags is "mpegs"? Z? D?!
Seems pretty clearly to be "Y"
Seems to leave out several categories in the Celestial Emporium of Knowledge. This cannot be good.
Also: (a) any honest taxonomy has a "misc" category; (b) eventually the "misc" category will subsume all the others.
I thought that 'ill-defined signs' was essentially 'misc'. It certainly seems appropriate that it will subsume the others.
It's nice that there are conveniently 26 categories.
When you feel a compulsion to make <OL> skip J and put some extra ill-defined miscellany at the end it feels less convenient, is the thing.
Seems to be missing the glyph for Chappa'ai
There are a bunch of good ones in 13BE9 through 13BF5 too, including what seems to be a phallus wearing a hat.
That’s the symbol for family planning.
13BF2, cock and balls with legs, is my favorite.
This taxonomy reaffirms Clay Shirky's Ontology is overrated. A whole section for bird parts, right after a section for birds? This is not a general categorisation of worldly things but an optimisation for a specific domain. No section for politics and philosophy other than god-kings lording it over you?
Jamie you were totally robbed at the Webbys.
