If you look closely, you'll notice the dome-roller-thing is simply attatched to the bed of a normal flat-bed truck. So it's not a insanely-specific-truck, it's an insanely-specific-piece-of-equipement on top of a normal truck.
Who do you turn to for a state of the art fallout shelter at a good price? Serious question. It must be an industry. A vault built like this and set up with air filters and generators must be in the running.

I disapprove of the non-standard "+" connector on the blocks. Clearly, they should have gone with "⣿" instead.
