   I don't get it. Why did they bother doing this? It clearly sucks at brushing teeth, and there's no variation on this design that will improve matters. A barbot seems like a much better use of resources.

     Not to portray all of the prejudice all at once, but from TFA:

     I managed to get a job as a professional maker at a company called Punch Through where I work with an Arduino board called the LightBlue Bean. I build our example projects and write tutorials for it.

     Perhaps you are not cute, young, blonde, or imported-Swedish-enough to understand the nobility of the project, especially with the lack of OEM vaginas that you [don't] bring to the table.
