Ok, The Flash is terrible, it's stupid, it's poorly written and I have no sympathy for any of the characters, BUT, the stupidest possible thing about it is that we're to believe that these three pinheads -- who barely seem like they could manage to get their algebra homework turned in on time -- are somehow managing to run a solitary-confinement supermax prison all on their own in the basement of their office building.Even aside from the fact that that's so creepy and torture-y that even Batman would probably say, "Dude, that's pretty fucked up right there," how are we to believe that they're pulling this off?
Who is feeding those people? Who is emptying the shit-buckets? (Because I'm pretty sure the conveniently prison-like cells inside their magic "particle accelerator" don't have toilets.)
One of their prisoners turns into poison gas. What does the... uh... precipitate... of that even look like?
God I hate this show.
I had similar questions about the ARGUS supermax prison under the beach on Lian Yu. Plus who builds a huge underground prison complex under a beach?
I don't think I even made it through the first season of Arrow. What an incomparable piece of shit that show is. Maybe in Crime World, you can grow prison complexes like rock candy?
Maybe both Star Labs and ARGUS have Oompa Loompas.

This show is so dumb it hurts. I think their plan was to try to appeal to both the 13 year old girl and 13 year old boy demographics, and this was the inevitable result.
I find everyone on the show annoyingly dumb, their attempts at emotional honesty fall flat only when they aren't causing the equivalent of an ice cream headache, and the premise itself (a thing happened... it caused all the superpowers,,, and everyone besides the flash who got them are crazy, evil or crazy & evil) is incredibly irritating.
I stopped watching weeks ago...
Now that Grodd has finally shown up after multiple foreshadowings, I'm hoping he'll bite everyone's faces off and that'll be the end.

I watch this with my small children. In addition to the questions about prison administration, I have a problem with every single fight manoeuvre Barry performs.
Why does he not just kick the army guys in the nuts, one by one? IIRC, only two or three of the villains would have been immune to this attack.
And that one episode where he has to get the guys with the freeze gun and heat gun to shoot him at the same time? WTF? Just kick them in the nuts and take their guns FFS.
Ooo yeah. And maybe they could do a cross-over episode with Cockpuncher.
I think Seagal would make a nice addition to the S.T.A.R. Labs team.
I went to YouTube and watched a supercut of Seagal's fights from actual movies. It looks like he uses the Cockpuncher technique more than I remember.
