Mark your calendars

Wow, this is bleak. I can't remeber the last time my list was so short. And I guess I should just plan on never seeing another band at DNA ever again, because apparently we only do metal now.

Fri, Feb 20:   Vela Eyes @ Elbo Room
Tue, Feb 24:   Black Ryder @ Rickshaw Stop
Fri, Feb 27+28:   Cathedrals @ Independent
Fri, Mar 13:   Wolf Alice @ Rickshaw Stop
Mon, Mar 23:   Gang of 4 @ Independent

What have you got?

I saw Geographer and Stars in Dallas a few years ago and remember both well enough to post a comment here.

It's the off season. I have nothing on my calendar and I live in music central. It'll all pick up again when the bands get ready to go back out in spring and summer.

    • Lloyd says:

Spring and summer are mating season for bands. No-one wants groupies in the other seasons; winter isn't coming.

Maybe it's too far in the future for this to be certain, but the Jesus and Mary Chain just announced that they're playing the Warfield on May 16th.
