If I were a self-replicating AI, I wouldn't house myself inside some kind of Iron Man turducken, I'd be thousands of spiders. You really haven't thought this through.
Why does Ultron's itty bitty head on his gigantic robot body have its own helmet? Whyyyyyy?? Is he like that bug that impersonates fish tongues?
I just watched that episode of SG-1 yesterday. I miss classic, optimistic Sci-fi on television. It's sad I have to go back to 1997 for it.
I didn't see this in the trailer; are you talking about Ironman in his Hulkbuster armor?
In either case, I have no answer, and I barely even know what this is; these movies are 80% of my exposure to comics.
So, the latest movie trailers everyone's talking about are for Star Wars, Terminator, and Jurassic Park.
What year is this again???
Regarding the Terminator Genistupidname trailer, this may be pertinent to your interests: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oe2Agl3bJAc
(I prefer the edit of the scene in the helicopter where Sarah Connor says to Ahnold 'Get to the Chopper' and he replies 'I'll be back'.)
> Why does Ultron's itty bitty head on his ... robot body have its own helmet?
The evolution from autopilot-equipped suit to fully self-actualized robot is an iterative process.

He becomes lots of suits, which could be lots of individual parts with their own locomotion and effectors like we see during IM-film suit-up sequences, but they work better together.
Pbbbbbbbtttttttt.
