I saw them at the Greek long ago, it was really fantastic. They had LED displays scrolling facts about Berkeley, including the city ordinances specifying that marijuana enforcement is the lowest priority of the Berkeley Police Department. Also DJ Shadow was there.
They did a similar thing this time! And Martina Topley-Bird.
The scrolling facts were customized for Boston when they played here. Which means they probably customize them for every city they play!
I would love to have their tour visuals as a screen saver.
My friend kept saying to me, "look, they're playing your colors!"
Saw them at the Santa Barbara Bowl on Friday. Imagine the same show but at an incredible amphitheater with amazing acoustics and no bros.
So what are the fundamental requirements for you to classify a show as "one of the best shows [you've] seen in [your] life"? What does Massive Attack have that other bands don't?

The massive stream of people leaving after Alt-J made me kind of sad for them. I mean, happy for me that I could get closer though.
