In other news, I'm going through the old video mixtapes, and there is a lot of great stuff I never listened to! Currently, "We want War" by "These New Puritans" (youtube). That and a great Doo-wop cover of Miley Cyrus (reddit).
Funny, I thought sure that when I gave Hip-Hop/R&B a miss, my musical taste had stagnated. And it did for a while. But unbenownst to me, it came back in the form of, well, whatever it is now. Stuff that I hear when I go out now--I like it!
