     Think it's from 2001, where they bring the malfunctioning component onboard and examine it. (That's if you're talking about second row left here rather than on the destination website.)

     It's an animation from the BBC TV version of The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, during the Book's description of Magrathean industrial activities -- the pink, outermost layer of the planet is labelled "MERINGUE".

     All the animations were hand drawn to resemble computer graphics.
