Over the course of about 12 hours, I saw three different guys wearing three different Black Flag parody t-shirts. They all had the bars, but one said "BIGGIE SMALLS", one said "BEACH BOYS" (both at DNA at the
Gatekeeper show) and the next morning I saw another guy on the street that said something else entirely that I didn't quite catch, but it was not Black Flag or the other two.
Trending topic, you guys. Developing.
I like that the Henry Rollins tattoo has its own meta-tattoos.
The next step is getting a tattoo of someone who has tattoos of someone who has tattoos. Come on, Internet, make it happen.
It's tattoos all the way down!
Not just all the way down, the tattoos should be mutually recursive. In other words, person A should have a tattoo of person B, who has a tattoo of person A, and so on. And they should be applied (injected? what's the verb for the act of embedding pigment in someone's skin?) simultaneously.
I think the verb for "applying" or "injecting" a tattoo is "tattoo".
What's the pixel resolution of skin?
We could start with this guy:
Also, "Cat Flag".
KnowYourMeme claims that one started it in January 2011. Some of them in http://knowyourmeme.com/memes/black-flag-mash-ups/photos are pretty funny.
While reading this, a guy walks into my lunch place wearing a "Bacon Flag" shirt.
The inevitable single-topic tumblr site is at least a month old so it might be a waning trend already.
Seems like it would be fairly trivial to train a neural net to recognize the logo and set it loose on the web.
