I think they're one of those "witch house" bands...
It is 2012 and it is still rocket surgery to do anything that isn't ASCII.
Only if you use obsolete software. Hint: living in a country where main language doesn't use any ASCII glyphs helps. I haven't seen any encoding fuckups in, like, five years, except for fucking Windows software which still uses CP-1251 by default. I count that as "obsolete".
