I dissected all of Hitchcock's Rear Window and stiched it back together in After Effects. I stabilized all the shots with camera movement in them. Since everything was filmed from pretty much the same angle I was able to match them into a single panoramic view of the entire backyard without any greater distortions. The order of events stays true to the movie's plot.

Witchblade

You're making a face, I can tell. Bear with me, here.
Witchblade was an Image Comics book in the 90s, and it was fucking dreadful. It was one of the worst of those super-distorted girl-ninja tit-books that Image was so famous for. But, apparently, Kat Bjelland of Babes in Toyland was a fan, and she curated/produced this amazing record. Every now and then when talking about music, Babes will come up and I'll go, "Yeah, and Witchblade!" and nobody has any idea what I'm talking about.
It's very much a "concept album", with hints of a plot drifting through the songs (with intermittent hardboiled/apocalyptic narration by Eric Bogosian), but most importantly, the music is just fantastic. It's got that riot grrl edge (more Fontanelle than Nemesisters), but it leans toward the cinematic and spooky.
Kat, Miho Hatori and Lydia Lunch cover Witchy Woman. How can you not love that! Though I think my favorite track is Mater Dolorosa.
Go listen.
Incidentally: recently the Babes in Toyland-shaped hole in my heart has been being filled by Julie Christmas and her various bands.
