     Proxy servers are your friend. Try the FoxyProxy addon, if you use Firefox.

       Since you mentioned it then why don't you tell us how to find reliable proxy server list?

         Honestly, I can't readily help with that. I know my wife was readily able to find a UK proxy server so that we could watch a few BBC iPlayer videos, so presumably, a similar solution for the US would be similarly quick to find.
