The intent behind Occupy George is not to render any money unfit to be reissued, and in fact the hope is that all stamped money will circulate as much as possible, passing knowledge to all those who come across the bills.
Occupy George
I love the idea of bulk-printing on money. I just wish their slogans and infographics were pithier... These are kind of weak and not very funny.

Ugh. Pie charts.
Did you try whois on the domain? I thought it was pretty stupid of the guy to post photos of his currency stamping program on a website that is registered using what may be his real name and phone number:
Ivan Cash
72 Reservoir Rd.
Marlboro, New York 12542
United States
Ivan Cash was arrested a few years ago for making t-shirts in New York, so it kinda sounds like the same guy. Now he's probably going to get a visit from the Secret Service.
Ivan Cash? Quite lolworthy. Reservoir Rd? Is this real? :)
Thanks to the wonders of the modern net, you can verify this is a house. I agree Ivan Cash sounds like a pun, but its also some artist who got arrested in NYC in 2008 for printing some shirts, so it seems to fit.
The whole 99% platform is weak and not ironic.
But I believe that's representative: the 99% of the population actually's got many mixed up ideas about everything and can't understand irony no matter what.
Let's admit it: it's not the demographic you'd invite to your dinner party.
Claiming advertising space on currency? What could be more capitalist than that?
