A 43-year-old man is suing a Maryland nail salon for $200,000 after he was charged a dollar more than women for a manicure he got in December.
Norris Sydnor III of Mitchellville, Md., said he was humilatiated at Rich's Nail Salon in Landover when he was asked to pay $10 for a basic manicure -- a dollar more than the $9 women are charged.
Sydnor's attorney, Jimmy Bell, told the reporter that his client is asking for a $100,000 in compensatory damages for the humiliation he experienced at the salon as well as $100,000 in punitive damages to "punish them for what they've done and to deter others from doing so."
"My client paid more money for less services because he didn't get polish, he didn't get clear to go over the polish," Bell said.

Dammit, that fool is going to cause them to stop charging men less for haircuts! He'll ruin a good thing for the rest of us! Bastard!
I'm confused, are you paying for the style of haircut, or because of your gender, or because of how stupid you ar?
I wonder how much he'll be out for legal fees in addition to that dollar.
