   But you're right. The Flash is very slow and annoying. I'm not sure if the .BA extension (Bosnia) has anything to do with it.

   the site itself ain't flash, but all the content items are.
   doesn't excuse the fact that out of the eight links on the front page, three lead right back to same page via a reload.

   Kinda reminds me of the Tara Donovan exhibit I saw at the ICA a few years ago (http://www.icaboston.org/exhibitions/exhibit/donovan/), but worn.
