I dunno, from an aesthetic point of view I've always disliked hard shell space suits. As a kid in the 60s my space picture books were full of paintings of astronauts exploring the moon in suits like giant kegs and barrels with flexi-tube arms sticking out. It discouraged me, they looked fat and ungainly. The real moon suits were much better, thick and inflexible as they were.
To the world burner!
I'm pretty sure this is actually Warren Ellis. Look, he's holding a Red Bull.
I dunno, It kinda looks like Tugboat.
It's the red metallic trim that makes me think this is actually a deep-sea suit color-coordinated for some Russian oligarch's yacht.
It's the 22.5-degree Schedule 40 4" all-hub PVC elbows that ruin it for me.
Prison Industries chair!
But where does he put his keys?!
