   Seems like the doctor also has a hormone imbalance that should be treated.

   I'm of the understanding that while excess can be painful, women generally prefer vaginal interfaces to be a little thicker than an acupunture needle.

     I think they're misusing terms. It mentions he had to touch it, so it was acupressure. I'm not sure why they keep saying acupuncture.
