Indeed. And, unlike the stack latters that the source points out as longer, they're mostly not against anything, which I can only imagine makes you all the more aware of the height. Also, you know, they're on wheels.
I think I can just about make out cherry-picker-like platforms with handrails at the top, at least. Look, in particular, at the rightmost ladder guy (not the scaffold).
