      Yeah, this Roller Legend thing appears to also be on the Tubes with suffix "Vocaloid x Billy Herrington x Initial D": the former is singing text-to-speech software; the middle is...that; the latter is some oft-parodied anime about drift racing. There's another Vocaloid-based Initial D parody thing with the steamroller here, so presumably it's just the crossbreeding of memes doing their underbelly-of-the-Internet thing.

      (There is some "explanation" in the description of that video. It didn't explain anything. I think the general answer is "stop it, wannabe-Japanese".)
