Why an M-16??? Why not the umbiquitous AK-47? I, myself, would opt for a shotgun. My wife constantly reminds me that the aim of my third leg is not... precise, so I can't imagine that I'd be much better with my second.
Saturday morning she walked by our table in street clothes on her way to the ladies room, where she changed into costume. I noted then that she was wearing a mini skirt and a full prosthetic that, with the exception of the steel hinges at the knee, was very life like. I've got a lot of respect for someone who won't shy away from exposing a disability like that. Of course, it helps that she's drop dead gorgeous.

Absent the grenade launcher, it probably is easier to mow down infected with an AK-47. With grenade launcher, M-16 hands-down.
She also sports a minigun, so I bet that she's got an AK-47 leg she can attach too.
PS: Go watch the movie, if you can find it.

The only condition is that she'd have to wear the gun to bed.

Or turn people into amputee fetishists...
