In high school, I made Type I and Type II hand phasers out of wood for shop class, using the schematics from the Franz Joseph tech manual. I probably still have the Type I somewhere. I gave the Type II to my best Trek buddy at the time.

Looks more like a Mac Plus, actually.
Apple II's, for the most part, didn't have a mouse, removable keyboard, 3.5 floppy or integrated monitor. I think you're right.
