   I think it might be related to the new "Eyelash Transplants" fad that is erupting.
   

   
   The guy that does it, Bauman, has been featured in a slew of articles, and now teaches workshops fairly regularly.

   Those are definitely not eyelash transplants. You can see the glue on her eyelids. It looks like she's just playing around with the idea.
