Huh. Clearly I don't understand art.
A model. An octopus on her head. What do you need, a roadmap?
[What do you need, a roadmap?]
... for this? Yes, yes I do. A GPS and a sherpa may be necessary as well.
Yeah. Uh-huh. Those mind-controlling cephalopods ALWAYS try to convince you it's all just an art project. Don't be fooled.
I'm pretty sure I saw Kevin Hundsnircher or <lj-user="hypnox"> doing shoots with bits of octopus years ago. What's next, Thierry Muegler models doused in stage blood?
Eric Kroll also has also done some octopus work, but I don't think it was ever printed, just buried in the nameless heaps of stuff on his site somewhere.
Anyone else remember Star-o from DC comics?
I'm glad you're keeping track of this. I wonder when this particular trend will die.
Ph'nglui mglw'nafh Cthulhu R'lyeh wgah'naglfhtagn!
I hope you realize that you started a bit of an obsession for me.
And, wow, that pic you just put up is GREAT!
"Why that's my little Octopussy!"
Goddammit! I was going to put up an Octopussy line! Damn you!
mmmm mmmmmmmm good!
I told you that the Octopi were going to take over the world, but did you believe me...noooooo.
It's eating my brains! It's eating my brains!
How could you support such a thing?
(scroll down to the Cascadia Evening Post. Apologies if the link is old news)
That's just wrong and strangely X Files-ish. But, yes, tree-wearing octopi will be the next Big Thing on the ent cat-walk. What next, hedge salmon? Tree dolphins?
I scanned the 2 page spread from a 1982 issue of American Photographer which featured Squid based clothing.http://www.sophont.com/humor/Amphotog
I love it!
