There are several entertaining movies at pleix.net:
Beauty Kit for Little Girls -- so great!
Basement Jaxx: Cish Cash -- synchronized tank dancing!
Plaid: Itsu -- this one's for baconmonkey
That Plaid video is probably the best thing on the Warp Records DVD.
I can't help but feel you've overlooked something...
The best part of that is that it's labeled Wondowlicker.
Yeah, but that was like, old news. Long since available on the Windowlicker cd single/the internet/whatever.
eat more pork products.
I know I posted about it at some point, but I couldn't find the post.
I have a copy of the plaid video on my hard drive from June 2002.
it fills me with endless glee.
I gave a copy to mattbot who uses it in the video sometimes during MEAT.
Yeah, I remember that one too. That was the thing that inspired these sorts of costumes, if I recall.
I think this might have played a role in that too.
Wait no, that's what it was. The video gave you the idea for the flyer.
Man! That Beauty Kit is quite the statement. I wonder if I can find the video code somewhere?
I've seen Itsu, and got hooked on it, and later discovered Beauty Kit. I think Cish Cash is a new(er) one, to me, at least.
I liked basement jaxx, and netlag.
Whoever directed the Basement Jaxx one clearly watched too many of the Cremaster "movies".
I noticed that too - but I'd say they watched just the right amount!
At first I thought the Pork one was a goofy old ad for PowerPoint. Since it was the first one I watched, I hadn't yet realized they were art videos.
The Cish Cash one is fun. And it goes along well with my playing 'Mercenaries: Playground of Destruction' far more than is healthy =P
Oh, you have made me happy...
