I've never seen a good picture of an aye-aye before. They have some at the zoo, but they're in the darkened "noctural" room, and difficult to see.
The handful of crocs is excellent.
The guys carrying Einstein's head are wearing labcoats, why? Is the head actually a disembodied acid spitting robot? God, I hope so.
and the aye aye wants it's ring back.
Kintana...How can anyone not think he is adorable??
His cuteness rivals that of a sloth
actually, i think that is really cute too
He looks like... a muppet from the Labrinth. SO. CUTE. i want one!
You've found the art trove for the upcoming d20 "Super Deform Monster Manual," I see.
You almost made my brain segfault. :O
Man, Brian Froud is great. And Henson's crittermakers can create such nifty muppets from his designs. I wish they'd release a cleaned up version of Dark Crystal on DVD.
Awesome, that thing must be a ninja.
Crocodiles are the new shuriken.
holy crap how many handfuls of cute is THAT.
i really want a little swarm of those teeny crocodile heads jutting out of each ponytail. rarrr.
SF Zoo had aye-ayes. Then they thought one of them was pregnant, and closed the aye-aye enclosure, and never reopened it. There's nothing on the zoo web site about it. They have become un-lemurs.
WILL SWALLOW YOUR SOUL.
We're not sure what Michael Jackson will do to your soul. I think we'd really rather not find out, to be quite honest...
AGGH! I like aye-ayes! Agggh!
That top one could be an "after" photo of one of the kids...
Forgive me if I say that is one shocked lemur.
Somewhere, Jim Henson is very pleased.
Or Tim Burton, or Brian Froud.
The SFX for the handful of crocs must be The Chipmunks singing Feliz Navidad.
