i just noticed something similar written on the barriers and retaining walls near the 579 overpass in Pittsburgh. Too bad i didn't have my camera, as they had washed away (or cleaned by the pgh "anti-graffiti" force) the following day. i'm hoping for further communication. ;>
and yes to the person a few comments above me: there was at least one reference to tin foil, but most of it looked like mathematical equations and "the rapture is coming" type stuff.
