Hah! I've been telling <lj user=evan> for years I've wanted to do this. (make a site dedicated to mocking freshmeat/sourceforge)

Your HTML is making my Friends page unhappy.

Huh? Looks ok to me... (your friends page, and the HTML...)

There is a trailing </tr></td></td> which looks severely unusual to me. Must be a result of your table code (did you use cells or rows that only have an opening tag, as allowed in HTML4.x Transitional? Neither browsers nor probably LJ like it.)

That's the fault of LJ's asstacular "HTML cleaner", it wasn't in what I posted. It looks like the original code was missing an early </td>, and LJ decided that it should fuck it up differently.

I don't even know what "HTML4.x Transitional" means, and I intend to keep it that way.

Definitely, that's why I said "nor probably LJ like it" :]

Mozilla running on Jaguar and Win 2000 shows a problem.

Looked fine to me in Mozilla on Linux. But, I found a few missing </TD> tags in the rottenmeat html, which I've closed. Maybe it's better now.

It's Mac specific, but PerversionTracker is pretty funny, too.
