We've run into the old terrorist/freedom fighter argument again.
There are several entities cited by Wikipedia, but I don't have high hopes of getting a response. You almost need to be Michael Westen to be able to find out who to contact to create licensed merchandise about Michael Westen.
The producer is also the head writer, if my time-addled memory of a Bruce Campbell SD comicon talk is any reliable reference. He seemed somewhat accessible, too, from his manner in the talk. Might be a good place to start.
