Pic #1 Um... the people in the first one are mannequins. o.O Really. Look at their feet and hands. "Mommy, do mannequins get respiratory disorders?" Also, those seem to be ordinary bandannas doubling as face masks there, since nobody else is wearing pretty decorated face masks.
Pic #2 I'm sorta wishing people /here/ wore face masks when they had colds or were trying to keep from getting things. Especially on subways. It'd both keep scary people from breathing on you, and help you pick out all the hypochondriacs. Fun!

I think the "guy" in #3 is actually a lady. See the curved collar tip things? (Whatever they are called.)
It's hardly surprising that clothes shops would put masks on mannequins, especially if they're selling the masks...
